The public sources read daily. All of them are free and open. The desk's value is reading all of them, every day, and knowing what inside each packet throws bids out.
Nothing below is secret. Any firm can bookmark these sites, and the agencies would prefer that more firms did. The problem is arithmetic. Postings appear across all of them on their own schedules, mandatory events land inside a week of posting, and a working contractor does not have a spare hour a day to read procurement pages. The desk does.

| Agency prequalification lists | DDC, Parks, and NYCHA maintain standing prequalification registries, including for M/WBE firms and building service trades. These have no deadline, most small firms have never heard of them, and getting on them is often the highest value paperwork a firm can file all year. |
